Enrollment Process:
Please download and fill out the enrollment forms at the bottom of this page
Virginia Law specifies the parent or guardian must also provide the following:
1)Photo ID from the parent or guardian completing and signing the enrollment form (Driver's License, DMV ID, Military ID)
2)Original Birth Certificate with RAISED seal or Birth Certificate Affidavit
3)Proof of Residency (utility bill AND lease, deed, or contract)
4)Unofficial transcripts or report cards from previous school; copy of withdrawal form for in-county transfers; and complete mailing address for former school
5)Immunization Records showing complete dates for the following:
- Measles, Mump, Rubella (MMR) (1st, 2nd shots)
- DPT (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th shots)
- OPV (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th shots)
- Hep B (1st, 2nd, 3rd shots),
-Hep A (1st and 2nd)
-Meningitis
If any of the above immunizations are lacking, contact the Henrico County Residents Health Center:
West End Clinic- (804) 672-4671.
Unless there is a medical or religious exemption from immunization, proof should be submitted by a doctor's verification, health clinic, military card, international health card, or school record.

Students who attended school OUTSIDE the United States
Any student who last attended school outside of the United States is required to enroll in Henrico County Schools through our Welcome Center.
Please call and make an appointment before visiting the Center at (804) 527-4604.
The Welcome Center is located at 2910 Parham Road, Building 9 Room 98, Richmond, VA 23294
